Trauma-informed Consultation
These two-hour sessions offer space to enhance your trauma skills through skill building and practice, case review and self-care applications. You’ll learn practical skills that are easy to implement personally and professionally, have time to discuss cases in a safe space and actively practice self-care. All skills will be easily used in telehealth sessions.
Groups are limited to 10 participants and must be paid in advance.
Format:
Weekly two-hour sessions through Google Meet. Sessions will be recorded if you are unable to participate in all sessions.

What you will learn:
The evidence-based skills that you will learn have been documented to help lower levels of stress, improve mood, enhance resiliency and optimism, and help prevent chronic health conditions.
These skills include:
- Regulating skills to calm the Brain and Central Nervous System.
- Resourcing skills commonly used in EMDR (you do not have to be EMDR trained).
- Methods to integrate Yoga therapy into clinical practice, particularly through telehealth.
- Ways to integrate Therapeutic Aromatherapy into treatment and for self-care.
