This workshop will equip EMDR clinicians with clearly defined resource development techniques. Participants will enhance their RDI skills to create a strong EMDR foundation which is essential for preparing clients for completing phases 3-8 of EMDR therapy. Through didactic instruction and experiential practice, participants will learn six resource development techniques including Heartmath Biofeedback, Constant installation of Present Orientation and Safety, Tapping in strengths, Imaginal home and more.
